Goal is to drop 20 lbs in 3 months
Fitness test to qualify is x amount of sit ups in a minute, x amount of push ups in a minute.
Food- portion control, only 8 in plates, drink 8oz of water before each meal, and intake of only protein, veges, fruit, grains, and dairy
The first month you cut out salt, sugar, sweets, junk food.
